Shipping Policy

Shipping times should be used as a guide and are based on the time since your order was shipped. We work under request so we need between 15-20 working days to produce the order before it is sent. please note, delivery times are longer due to a high volume of orders. we will try to ensure that your order is shipped on the dates mentioned above according to the country of destination, but there may be circumstances in which the shipment is delayed due to events beyond our control like customs delays or payment transactions, we’ll email you as soon as possible and advise you of the new delivery arrangements if this happens.

Custom taxes

The custom taxes are not included in the total price shown in the order summary on the web. the customer is responsible for the payment of custom taxes and is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where the order is sent. We recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order to find out the exact amount.


If the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deduced from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded in the same means of payment used in the original transaction.

Return Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your georgiela purchase. if you are not, you have 14 days to return or exchange since you received the item. please, contact us vía email to returns@georgielastudio.com and make the request, with subject: return + order number, explaining the reasons.

Make sure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit and obtain a tracking number as proof of postage in case anything goes wrong. we apologies, we cannot make a refund on goods that don’t arrive to our warehouse.

Once we have received and reviewed the item, we will proceed to the refund. this process may take between 5 and 10 work days and will be made by the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction*.

*shipping and tax charges are not refundable.

Please be careful trying on the pieces, if you wish to return them, they must be in the same condition in which you received them, except tares. products must not be used, altered, damaged or washed. For the return, all products have to had all tags attached and be sent in the original packaging. In the case of lingerie items, can’t be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons*.

*If the return does not accomplish with our policy, it will not be accepted and the refund will not be made.

We review all our items before we deliver to make sure there are in excellent conditions but if you find some tare in the moment of opening, that we could have overlooked, put in contact with us as soon as possible. we recommend to check the state of the item once you received.
